We are an online store based in Kingston, Jamaica. We don’t have a physical location, however, we offer islandwide deliveries and world wide shipping.
Can I Pick Up?
We currently don’t have a pick up location to facilitate pick up services. However, if you don’t mind waiting a little longer for your package to arrive, we have affordable delivery options available.
I am not in Jamaica, can I order?
Yes, you sure can. We offer worldwide shipping options.
I am in Kingston, Portmore or Spanish Town and I will be utilizing the bearer service option to have my package delivered. Can I try my items before the bearer leaves the location?
Unfortunately, no. The bearers are third parties to our company and their job is to deliver your package to you. If you have any issues after receiving your package, please reach out to us via WhatsApp (876-331-8832) or email email@example.com. If you wish to return an item, please read our return policy before contacting us regarding the return.
How do I track my order?
You will receive information on how to track your order in the email address provided at checkout. This Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after your order is processed. You can monitor the progress of your shipment until your package is safely delivered. Please note that we currently don’t have an option to track orders for customers utilizing the bearer service option, however, our bearer will keep you updated via phone call when delivering your package to you.
