JAMAICA Delivery Rates & Delivery Time

FREE Pickup Point at Sovereign on Boulevard(Cut off time 4pm daily, 1pm on Sundays) Daily Saturday through Sunday. 

Exclusivity: Available solely for Pick Up Orders at our Sovereign on the Boulevard location.

Service Availability: Open daily, Sunday through Saturday. Only for Same or Next Day orders.

Same-Day Pick Up Cut Off: For same-day pickup, orders must be placed by the cut-off time: 4 PM (Monday-Saturday) and 1 PM on Sundays. Orders beyond these times will be processed for the next day pick up

 Same/Next Day Express Delivery/Drop Off. 

Kingston (Bearer Service Cut off time for Same day delivery is 10am) from Mondays to Saturdays-11AM-6PM:  $700JMD/$5USD

We offer same and next day delivery in Kingston (As long as your order is submitted before 10AM it can be delivered the same day) Orders placed after 10AM are delivered the next working day.

Orders placed for next day delivery and before 10AM for same day delivery are delivered anytime before 6PM. 

ALL ORDERS PLACED ON SUNDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ARE DELIVERED THE NEXT WORKING DAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3PM-6PM.

To reiterate, on Mondays or the next working day after a public holidays, packages are only delivered in the afternoon-evening between the hours of 3PM-6PM, morning/early delivery is NOT AVAILABLE on Mondays or the next working day after a public holiday.

Knutsford Express Branch to Branch(Islandwide), (Same/Next day drop off Cut of time for Same Day drop off is 10AM) from Mondays to Saturdays:

$500JMD/$3.35USD DROP OFF fee that our Courier Company charges to have packages dropped off to Knutsford Express. A DELIVERY FEE of $700JMD is paid at Knutsford Express when collecting packages. Knutsford Express packages are sent off the same/next business day. Package arrives within 1 business day after being dropped off. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP THE SAME DAY AFTER BEING DROPPED OFF, IT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP THE FOLLOWING DAY. 

ZipMail Post to Post (Islandwide) (Same/Next day drop off Cut of time for Same Day drop off is 10AM)from Mondays to Fridays:

$1000JMD/$6.70USD (drop off fee + delivery fee). All Zipmail packages are sent off the same/next business day. Package arrives within 1-3 business days after being dropped off.

We offer worldwide shipping to more than 220 countries and territories. 

Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays.

Cost: International shipping rates vary depending on the location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.

All prices on our site are in US dollars. When using the credit card and PayPal methods of payment, you will be charged in USD. This means that if your card is not a USD card, the total that will be paid depends on the rate (for the currency of your card) of your bank at the time that the order is made. For customers in JAMAICA, when using the cash on delivery and bank transfer methods of payment you're allowed to pay in JMD, the JMD prices can be found in the product description for all items. We do not accept USD upon delivery (for the cash on delivery method of payment). Only JMD is accepted upon delivery. 

 All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  For international orders, custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Please note that all estimated shipping/delivery times are after the order has been shipped/dropped off.  If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to us you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping/drop off/delivery fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped you will be charged for the shipping fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once DHL or Jamaica Post or EMS has marked your package as delivered.
