HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?Via Bearer Service (Jamaica)
Items should be delivered back to us within 2 working days after delivery date.
Via Knutsford Express/Tara (Jamaica)
Items should be sent back to us within 3 working days after the sent date.
Via ZipMail/Post Office (Jamaica)
Items should be sent back to us within 5 working days after the sent date.
International Orders (International)
Items should be sent back to us within 7 business days after the delivery date.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Most clothing items and shoes are returnable. All Items MUST be returned in the original selling condition, this means that merchandise MUST be unworn and unwashed with tags attached (for items that come with tags) and with no damages or stains, otherwise will be refused. Please note that delivery/shipping fees are NOT refundable.
The following items CANNOT be returned:
Free gifts or promotional items
Items on sale/Items marked FINAL SALE
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion
Cosmetics and Accessories
White clothing items
Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
For returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
ARE THERE ANY RETURN FEES?
All delivery fees that are attracted during the return or exchange process is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return costs.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 1 working day for us to properly inspect the items and then your store credit will be issued.
When returning an item it is very important that we know who you are and your reason for returning an item/s. To make a return send us a WhatsApp message stating your reason for returning an item/s (for example: size issue, wrong item/s received) along with your name, contact number, order number and email address. Also, before returning the item/s please indicate your name, contact number, order number and email address in the package or ensure that the sticker placed on the back of your package is still intact and carefully secure items in that same package.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
